Important guest information, terms and conditions

Unless agreed otherwise, the following cancellation policies apply to reservations in the summer season (May to October):
- until 7 days before arrival: no cancellation fees
- from 7 days and less before arrival: 90% of the total agreed package price.

Unless agreed otherwise, the following cancellation policies apply to reservations in the winter season (November to April):
- until 14 days before arrival: no cancellation fees
- from 14 - 7 days before arrival: 90% of the total agreed package price

In case of no-show despite confirmed booking, late arrival or early departure, we charge 100% of the total agreed package price.
The cancellation right acc. to § 11 Sect. 1 FAGG (Austrian Distance and External Selling Act) does not apply.

Note: Bookings of the NONFLEX RATE or special arrangements cannot be cancelled for free.

For all holidays, we recommend taking out Travel cancellation insurance with Europäischen Reiseversicherung.

Please note that when booking online, the hotel reserves the right to withdraw from the accommodation contract within 24 hours of booking.

In the travel period December to April, we kindly ask you to pay a deposit of 30% of the booked package price as a guarantee. You can transfer the amount to our bank account or pay it with your credit card via payment link.

On the day of arrival, the rooms are available from 15:00 o'clock. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee booking a specific room number or floor, but we’ll do our best to allow for your preferences.
On your departure day, kindly vacate the room by 11:00 o’clock, as otherwise we will have to charge you an additional day.

We kindly ask you to consult with us for booking your pets. In general, bringing your loyal companions is allowed.
Out of consideration for other guests, please understand that bringing dogs into our hotel restaurant, into rooms with carpets and in the wellness area is not allowed. We charge € 25,00 per night per dog/pet without food. We reserve the right to charge for any required final cleaning of the room.

When opting out of half-board by 12:00 at the front desk, you’ll receive a reduction for the respective day. This does not apply on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve, for special offers as well as bookings through tour operators.

We offer a flexible price model, in which our daily rates may vary depending on occupancy, length of stay, cancellation guidelines as well as time of booking.

All prices indicated are per person and night, in EURO, including taxes, service and charges (excl. local tax), including booked meal package and free use of the wellness zone.

In case of a direct booking, parking spaces are available free of charge.
You have the option of parking your car either around the hotel or, based on availability, also in the underground parking . The entrance to the underground parking is located below the terrace and you can access it with a key card, which you will receive at check-in. Reserving a parking space is not possible. You can park your car in any vacant parking space.
Should there neither be parking spaces available around the hotel nor in the garage, we’ll give you an exit ticket for the Hahnenkamm parking lot opposite the hotel.

Local tax: Our accommodation rates are excluding local tax. This is € 3.50 per person (from 16 years) and night.

We accept the following payment methods:

- cash in Euro
- EC-Direct and Maestro
- valid credit cards: Visa and Mastercard
- bank transfers (without fees) solely for deposits

In the hotel lobby and in the rooms we provide you with free Wi-Fi.

For additional services within the scope of packages, the hotel merely acts as a broker. These services are provided in the name of and on account of third parties.
